Yes. The Board's Experience Verification forms state that an original or electronic signature is accepted. Every SparkHours signature carries a hash of the signed document and an audit trail, and the signed copy can be downloaded at any time.

California only: AMFT toward LMFT, APCC toward LPCC, and ASW toward LCSW, plus MFT and PCC trainees in practicum. LMFT and LPCC can be tracked together in one account.
Yes. The importer runs during setup and maps every hour to the Board's categories. SparkHours reads your Track Your Hours paid-through date and does not bill you until it passes.
For AMFTs, up to 1,300 pre-degree hours count, with no more than 750 of them counseling and supervision. For APCCs and ASWs, none count. All 3,000 are post-degree on those tracks.
On the day your associate registration is issued. Under the 90-Day Rule, eligible post-degree hours can count from the later of your degree date and the employer-required Live Scan date if the Board receives your application within 90 days, grants your registration, and the other conditions are met.
Six years before the Board receives your Application for Licensure, with an exception for up to 500 practicum hours on the LMFT track. A bill to extend this to seven years is with the Governor as of September 2026.
The In-State Experience Verification form for each supervisor and setting, W-2s or a volunteer letter, and your Supervision Agreement. Weekly logs are kept, not submitted, unless the Board asks for them. SparkHours exports all of these.
